Session Fees

 

  • Therapy: Evidence based treatments
    Sessions are 50 minutes in duration at $190.00 per session.
    Rebates may be applicable through Medicare and Private Health Insurance.

  • Reunification Therapy
    Sessions are 50 minutes in duration at $200.00 per session. The number of and type of sessions will be discussed with both parties. The current Court Order and relevant reports and documentation (with approval of the Court) will need to be provided during the initial consultation and reading fees are applicable and as per the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee schedule. Please note that Medicare rebates are not available for reunification therapy.

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
    Millennium Psychology is not an NDIS provider. Assessment and therapeutic services can be provided to NDIS participants who are self-managed, or managed by a third-party. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration at charged as per the NDIS Fee Schedule.  

  • Court Attendance. Attendance at Court is charged as per the APS recommended fee schedule. 

  • Assessments and report writing is charged as per the APS recommended fee         schedule

  • Return to Work and Department for Veterans Affairs (DVA)      
    Sessions provided under the Workforce Health and Safety legislation or the Department for Veterans Affairs, will be charged as per the current recommended fee schedules of those agencies.

 

Medicare Rebates

 

Millennium Psychology is able to process Medicare rebates for eligible services, if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan. Millennium Psychology is not a bulk-billing practice and a gap payment for sessions is payable on the day of your appointment. A claim will then be submitted to Medicare on your behalf for the rebate, provided you either bring your Medicare card or Medicare number. 

Private Health Rebates

 

Millennium Psychology is able to process rebates for eligible Private Health Fund services, if you are covered for psychological therapy. Most Private Health Funds do not fully cover the cost of appointments and a gap payment for sessions is payable on the day of your appointment. Please contact your Health Fund provider to find out what services and level of cover is available for your appointment.

Payment Methods

 

Millennium Psychology is not a bulk-billing practice and there will be a gap payment for sessions which is payable on the day of your appointment for services provided under Medicare or Private Health Funds.

Millennium Psychology accepts payment of appointment via the following methods:

  • Cash

  • Eftpos

  • Credit Card

  • Electronic Funds Transfer

 

Payments for sessions must be made on the day of your appointment, except for third-party managed NDIS participants, or if arranged prior with our psychologist.

 

It is a policy of the practice that all reports must be paid in full before they will be released to the client.  

 

Please note, we are unable to accept payment by cheque or American Express.
